UW Oshkosh Biology Professor Teri Shors delivered the following slide presentation before the Oshkosh Common Council on September 13, 2005. Though Dr. Shors makes clear and compelling points as to why a fishing pier should not be located in Miller's Bay, only Councilor Paul Esslinger showed leadership by attempting to get the City Administration to bring the Otter St. Fishing Club and community residents together to reach a compromise.
