The Job(less) Creation Act

" This is a bill which guarantees NO new jobs while severely lowering our environmental standards and degrading our Democracy

" It completely reverses the effects of laws under Chapters 30 and 31 of Wisconsin's statutes, which were in place to protect the publics' vested interest in clean water resources and preserved nature lands*

" The Bill allows for destructive, degrading lakeshore development without any public comment or DNR oversight*

" It prevents Wisconsin from reducing mercury emissions or other toxic pollutants*
